THE AGREEMENT:
  1. I understand that the poem I am ordering will be Nicole Marie Ebbens' interpretation of my information based on the details and suggestions I have
    provided.  I acknowledge that this is an artistic representation of my information and not a fact sheet.  Also I understand that every poem or semi-
    custom poem is unique and therefor slightly different.
  2. I understand that all sales are final and custom and semi-custom poems required 50% down payment before any work begins, and the final 50% upon
    approval of draft prior to shipment.  I also understand that Nicole only accepts cashiers check, Credit Card, money order or PayPal payments for
    which she will   e-bill me.  Shipping, handling, frames, decorative paper, photographs or art piece costs are additional based on size, medium,
    location and carrier.
  3. I understand that Nicole will contact me to verify receipt of payment, to discuss information provided, and for clarification of topic, frame and
    paper choice selections.
  4. Nicole will contact me  with up to 1draft correction for semi-custom poems and up to 2 draft corrections for custom poems for final approval and
    payment.  
  5. I understand that Nicole Marie Ebben reserves all copyright and reproduction rights to the art and poetry.  Aspired by Angels may use a photo or
    information for promotional purposes, always keeping my privacy in mind.
My Semi-Custom and Custom Poem Services are an one-of-a-kind way
to show your thoughts, feelings or memories.  I will write 4-8 lines for semi-custom and add it to
one of my original stock poems, and 15-25 lines for custom poems based on the information you
supply.  You will have 1 draft correction for semi and 2 draft corrections for custom poetry.  By
